Lifetime Coverage (While You Live in Your Home): As long as you're the homeowner and still reside in the property, our labor warranty remains in effect. Whether you purchased your home years ago or just moved in, our promise stays the same: we’ll address labor-related issues if they arise.
Non-Transferable: While we love to see homes change hands, this warranty is exclusive to the original homeowner. It does not transfer to new owners.
Owner-Occupied Only: The warranty is valid only for homeowners who reside in the property. If you rent out your home, the warranty becomes void.
